Social event:
We’ll plan something for later at night.
Cost:
either: $30 per individual gymnast
or: $120 per team of 4-8 gymnasts
(if you have more gymnasts or want two team scores, you may register multiple teams, i.e. A-team and B-team)
How to sign up your team:
Please fill out this form as soon as possible to express interest in attending. It just asks for an estimate of how many people your team would attend with. If we are over capacity, teams who filled out the form earlier will be given preference. Rosters and proof of insurance will be due a few days before the event.
(If you are a club sport, it shouldn’t be hard to get proof of insurance in form of a certificate or memorandum from your university. Just ask your club sports director!)
Judging rules:
• generously interpreted men’s NAIGC rules
• generously interpreted level 9 women’s NAIGC rules
(Don’t worry about the rules too much though, we want everyone to have FUN and to enjoy doing gymnastics!)
Facilities:
– parking available outside the gyms
– there are a few showers in the women’s gym (for men
and women separated)
For overnight stays:
check out visitorcenter.yale.edu/lodging
(We might have some futon/floor space available for a few people who really can’t find anything else. Please don’t count on this in general and let us know if you think you’ll need space. Then, we’ll see what we can do…)
We want you all to be there.
Please come visit us! 🙂
